1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TalentBridge HR Solutions Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Candidate Representations & Warranties

• Candidates warrant that all academic credentials, work experience history, compensation declarations, and resume contents are accurate and truthful.
• Submitting counterfeit, plagiarized, or misleading profiles is grounds for immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting.
• TalentBridge services are free of charge for candidates. Candidates should never pay any fee to any individual claiming to represent TalentBridge.

3. Employer Responsibilities & Service Agreements

• Employers agree to use submitted candidate profiles solely for genuine internal employment consideration.
• Employers shall not share candidate profiles with third parties without prior written consent from TalentBridge.
• Commercial terms, placement fees, replacement guarantees, and payment schedules are governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the Employer and TalentBridge.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform code, logos, trademarks, proprietary algorithms, candidate matching engines, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of TalentBridge HR Solutions Private Limited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
