About the Role
Apex Dynamics is hiring a Plant GM to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, TPM implementation, and P&L accountability for a 600-person plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver annual plant output, OEE, and zero-defect quality targets.
- Lead TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma programs.
- Drive customer audits with Tier-1 OEM clients.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- 14+ years auto OEM plant management experience.
